Restricted Items
Due to restrictions implemented as part of brand distribution agreements:
- Tudor watches are only eligible for delivery to a UK address.
- Gucci watches and jewellery are only eligible for delivery to addresses located within the EEA.

Click and collect in store
If you are sure that you would like to purchase an item but would find it more convenient to collect the item rather than have it delivered, we offer a free click and collect service. Simply add the item to your basket and choose the store you would like to collect from at the checkout. Once your order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as it is ready to collect.
Please be aware that if the item needs to be transferred to an alternative showroom for you, it may be 2-3 days until it is ready for collection. We will always endeavour to have your order ready at the earliest opportunity and we will always keep you updated.
Reserve and view in store
You do not need to pay upfront for your item. We are more than happy to reserve an item for you to pop into your chosen showroom at your convenience. Simply email our friendly customer service team who will be able to assist you.
We can usually hold an item for up to 1 week although sale, pre-owned or limited-edition items may be limited to 48 hours.
You are under no obligation to purchase your reserved item and are welcome to view alternative items when you pop into store.
Please be aware that if the item needs to be transferred to an alternative showroom for you, it may be 1-3 working days until it is available to view. Once your reservation has been placed, we will notify you as soon as it is ready to view. We will always endeavour to have your order ready at the earliest opportunity and we will always keep you updated.
Delivery to your chosen UK address
Special Delivery to UK and Northern Ireland addresses is free for all orders over £100.
Special Delivery to UK and Northern Ireland addresses is £5.99 for all orders under £100.
Our packages will be sent to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed and require a signature upon delivery. We do not want you to wait too long to receive your exciting purchase, so we always dispatch goods as soon as we are able. We aim to have your order with you within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) from the date of order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number. We will always endeavour to have your order dispatched at the earliest opportunity and we will always keep you updated.
Please note: The delivery timeframes stated are estimated by Royal Mail. Once an item is dispatched, it is in the full control of Royal Mail when the parcel arrives with you. For Special Delivery Guaranteed items if no one is able to accept delivery of the item it will be returned to the collection office where it can be collected or redelivery arranged - Please note, Special Delivery Guaranteed items cannot be redelivered to an alternative address.
In the event your parcel doesn't reach you and is unable to be tracked by Royal Mail, this is considered a lost parcel and a refund or replacement will be provided after investigation. To make a claim, contact our customer service team with your online order reference;

International Orders
We can post most items worldwide and are happy to process orders from overseas. We do not offer a free service for posting abroad regardless of the value of the item, please contact us for a postage estimate prior to placing an order.
Tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days* and worldwide within 5-7 working days, (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) from the date of order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number. We will always endeavour to have your order dispatched at the earliest opportunity and we will always keep you updated.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Michael Jones Jeweller is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the consumer.
Please note: The delivery timeframes stated are estimated by the courier services that we use (Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and DPD). We cannot guarantee that items will be delivered within this timeframe as once an item is dispatched, it is in the full control of the courier service.
In the event your parcel doesn't reach you and is unable to be tracked by the courier company, this is considered a lost parcel and a refund or replacement will be provided after 10 working days from the expected delivery date. *Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days.
*We are unable to dispatch orders to countries under international sanctions. This list changes on an ongoing basis. Your order will be cancelled if delivery is not possible. You can find more information on the Royal Mail website.
Free signature gift wrap
We will always gift wrap your online orders. We know that you will love our free signature gift wrap which includes our custom silver paper and trademark wax seal. This means that your item will arrive ready to be gifted if it is a present or wrapped for your pleasure if it is a treat for yourself. Enjoy.
Ring Sizes
Although we often stock a range of ring sizes, there are occasions where we may need to order your ring directly from the supplier or have your order resized by our in-house goldsmith.
We will keep you informed on the progress of your order and will contact you immediately to let you know if we are unable to deliver within the advertised timeframes.
Watch Sizing
If you know your wrist size and would like your new watch to be adjusted to fit prior to delivery, please contact our friendly Customer Service team who will be happy to arrange this for you.
If you receive your watch and it requires adjustment, simply pop into any of our showrooms with your watch along with proof of purchase and one of our sales associates will be able to do this free of charge for you while you wait.
The MJJ Guarantee
We believe that all our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects for 1 year unless covered by a brand guarantee which can be up to 5 years. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
