Terms and Conditions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Michael Jones Jeweller. The "Prizes" refers to:
1st Place - Gift voucher for a full day test driving around a racetrack with Palmer Sport worth £1075 – more information available at: https://www.palmersport.com/event-options/full-day
2nd Place - TAG Heuer Formula 1 41mm 200m Quartz Watch (WH00052) TAG ref. WAZ1110.FT8023 worth £1050.
3rd Place = Goody bag featuring gifts from Michael Jones Jeweller and TAG Heuer. Gifts are selected by Michael Jones Jeweller and cannot be exchanged for alternatives.
Purchases of pre-owned or discounted TAG Heuer watches are not eligible.
By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The prize draw is open between 1st September 2022 to 30th November 2022.
All entries must be received by 5:30pm on 30th November 2022.
Three (3) winners in Great Britain will be selected at random by Michael Jones Jeweller on 5th December 2022 and the winners will be notified on or after this date. This prize draw is open only to residents of Great Britain.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
Employees of Michael Jones Jeweller and their relatives are not eligible to enter.
Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
Only one entry per eligible sale will be accepted.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize in question.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize. All personal information is stored and used in accordance with GDPR regulations.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The Promoter's decision is final.
The winners’ names may be posted on Michael Jones Jeweller’s social media profiles after the winners have been selected.
